Internship Navigator

The Internship Navigator provides individualized coaching and career guidance to students seeking internship opportunities across a variety of industries. Working on a per diem basis, this role supports participants with internship searches, application preparation, resume and cover letter development, interview coaching, networking strategies, and professional readiness to help them gain meaningful career experience.

We are seeking a knowledgeable and resourceful Internship Navigator to help students and young professionals identify, secure, and succeed in internship opportunities that align with their academic interests and career goals.

Working on a per diem basis, this role supports participants with internship searches, application preparation, resume and cover letter development, interview coaching, networking strategies, and professional readiness to help them gain meaningful career experience.

• Provide one-on-one internship and career advising.
• Assist students in identifying internship opportunities aligned with their career goals.
• Support internship search strategies using university, nonprofit, government, and corporate resources.
• Review and improve resumes, cover letters, and application materials.
• Conduct mock interviews and interview preparation sessions.
• Educate students on networking, Linked In, and professional branding.
