The Substitute teacher position is an on-call at-will position. A flexible schedule is preferred, as we often need substitutes to fill in on short notice. Upon hire, we will perform a background check.
- Experience working with neurodivergent learners, particularly twice-exceptional students.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to be flexible.
- Commitment to equity, inclusion, and social justice in education.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.
- Work well both independently and with a team.
- Teaching experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Deep knowledge of the developmental needs of 4th-12th grade learners.

- This position is an on-call as needed position that pays $200/day for a full day of substituting responsibilities 8:30-3:30pm. This position is not benefit eligible due to the on-call nature of the role.
