* Job Description:

** Nyman Associates is seeking compassionate and reliable
** Early Intervention Paraprofessionals
** to support children
** ages 3-5 in
** accessing virtual therapy  this role, you will work directly with young children in their home or preschool setting, helping them participate in play-based activities guided by a virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).

* Position Summary:

** As an E-Helper you provide essential support to children between the ages of 3 and 5 assisting with access to virtual therapy sessions. Working under the direction of a virtual SLP, you play a crucial role in supporting the child in being able to participate in play-based learning activities in the child's home or preschool.
** Responsibilities:
*** Assisting child with participation in play-based learning activities
* Supporting participation of parents and caregivers
* Modeling and encouraging positive social skills
*
* Qualifications:

*** High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
* Experience working with preschool age group as a Para-professional or classroom assistant
* Must be comfortable supporting children in homes and community preschool settings
* Must have reliable transportation to travel to scheduled sessions throughout the day
