Key Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment for infants.
  • Observe and assess individual children's progress and development, providing feedback to parents and guardians.
  • Collaborate with other educators and staff to ensure a cohesive approach to infant care and education.
  • Support the emotional and social development of infants through positive interactions and guidance.
  • Maintain a clean and organized classroom, adhering to health and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience working with infants in an educational or childcare setting.
  • Strong understanding of infant development and age-appropriate practices.
  • Ability to demonstrate flexibility in classroom management and teaching strategies.
  • Commitment to providing a stable and nurturing environment for children.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in collaborating with a team of educators.
  • Additional training or certifications related to early childhood education.
