SUMMIT Early Learning is looking for caring, dependable Assistant Teachers to join our early childhood teams. As an Assistant Teacher, you’ll work alongside our teaching staff to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where young children can learn, play, and grow.
What You’ll DoAs an Assistant Teacher, you’ll be an active part of the classroom team. You will:
- Assist with daily classroom routines, activities, and learning experiences
- Support teachers with planning and implementing classroom activities
- Supervise and engage with children during indoor and outdoor activities
- Create a warm, caring, positive, and welcoming classroom environment
- Support the individual development and needs of each child
- Help maintain a safe, healthy, and organized classroom
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers
High school diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of experience working with children.
Applicants with a CDA or college degree may qualify for a higher rate of pay.

Full-time | 40 hours/week | Monday–Friday | Full-year
$15.56–$17.40/hour based on qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience: $15.56/hour
- CDA: $16.81/hour
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree: $17.40/hour
