The Department of History at Florida State University invites applications for a tenure-track assistant professor position in the history of Latin America. The area and period of specialization are open. The successful candidate will be expected to work with the department’s undergraduate and graduate students, supervise PhD candidates, and teach two courses per semester.
QualificationsDoctoral degree from an accredited institution or the highest degree appropriate in the field of specialization required.

Only completed applications will be considered. Semifinalists will be interviewed via Zoom. Finalists will be invited to campus to present their research.
