Pay Range: $22.00 – $24.00 per hour (Depending on experience & qualifications)

The pay range for this position is $22- $24 per hour for employees hired in Central Valley, CA. The pay range provided in this job posting represents the typical range or starting rate of candidates hired within the Central Valley region. Aspiranet, a leading California-based nonprofit dedicated to supporting children, youth, and families, is seeking a passionate Math Tutor to join the team at Fusion Charter School in Turlock. In this role, you’ll provide instruction and tutoring to at‑risk students, reinforcing math skills and building student confidence. By promoting a school culture, you’ll help students achieve both academic and personal growth.

The Student Support Advocate provides individualized support and advocacy to students to promote academic success, personal growth, and progress toward graduation. Working collaboratively with students, families, school staff, and community service providers, the Student Support Advocate helps develop and implement strategies that support the successful completion of each student's Personal Learning Plan. This role serves as a key liaison between home, school, and community resources to address barriers to learning, increase student engagement, and foster positive educational outcomes.

• Coordinate student intake, enrollment, assessments, surveys, and career exploration activities to support student engagement and educational planning.
• Collaborate with students, parents/caregivers, school staff, and community partners to develop, implement, and monitor individualized Personal Learning Plans.
• Build and maintain supportive relationships with students and families to promote academic success, attendance, engagement, and progress toward graduation goals.
• Provide mentoring, social‑emotional support, and opportunities for students to develop life skills, self‑advocacy, and resilience.

• Assist counselors, social workers, and other student support staff with interventions, case management activities, and home visits as needed.
• Identify, coordinate, and facilitate access to community‑based services and resources that address students’ academic, behavioral, social, emotional, and family needs.
• Advocate on behalf of students and families to ensure equitable access to educational opportunities and support services.
• Coordinate and/or provide transportation support for student meetings, appointments, and program‑related activities as appropriate; monitor and support student attendance.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential student records, including documentation of student contacts, services provided, and case notes.
• Prepare reports and provide program data, student updates, and related information to school leadership and student support teams.
• Participate in multidisciplinary case reviews, supervision meetings, professional development activities, staff meetings, and school events.
