• Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with students, community members, businesses, organizations, and College personnel.
• Ability to identify, communicate, and analyze problems and develop appropriate solutions.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a team environment.
• Ability to take ownership of responsibilities and utilize constructive feedback.
• Must be punctual, professional, ethical, and dependable.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and community engagement skills.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.

Any combination of education and experience that demonstrates possession of the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities.
