WAKE FOREST UNIVERSITY. The Department of Economics invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position as Assistant Professor of Economics, effective July 1, 2027.

Qualifications
:
Candidates should possess a Ph.D. in Economics or a related field, although individuals with an ABD will also be considered. Qualified applicants will demonstrate their ability to teach undergraduate courses, initiate and sustain original research and scholarship in entrepreneurship economics or related fields such as Industrial Organization, Urban, or Labor Economics, and contribute to an academic environment that fosters learning and growth for all its stakeholders.

Position Summary
:
This individual will be expected to teach undergraduate courses in entrepreneurial economics and related areas;
The successful candidate will also engage in scholarly activities; participate in departmental, College, and University service; and contribute to the University’s community outreach efforts.
