Job Purpose

The Associate Director, High School Dual Enrollment provides leadership for the development, implementation, growth, and continuous improvement of dual enrollment initiatives and partnerships. This position advances institutional enrollment goals by expanding access to higher education, strengthening pathways from high school to degree completion, and supporting student success through innovative, scalable programming.

This position cultivates and manages relationships with high schools, career and technical education centers, intermediate school districts, academic departments, faculty, and community partners to increase dual enrollment participation and address evolving student and district needs. The position leads the development of recruitment, outreach, communication, and engagement strategies designed to enhance enrollment, retention, and student outcomes.

Working collaboratively across Strategic Enrollment Management, Academic Affairs, Student Success, and external partners, the Associate Director supports institutional enrollment goals by strengthening dual enrollment pipelines and improving yield, persistence, and degree attainment. The role establishes and monitors key performance indicators (KPIs), leverages predictive and descriptive analytics to inform decision‑making, and applies national best practices to enhance outcomes, operational effectiveness, and student success at scale.

This position reports to the Director, Educational Outreach and Transfer Initiatives.

Strategic Enrollment

Develops and implements comprehensive strategies to expand dual enrollment participation, increase college access, and support institutional enrollment objectives. Identifies opportunities to strengthen recruitment, improve program accessibility, and increase participation in dual enrollment programs.

Leadership and Collaborations

Provides leadership and supervision for staff supporting dual enrollment initiatives. Establishes goals and performance expectations aligned with institutional priorities and collaborative partnerships.

Specific Program Oversight

Leads the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of dual enrollment programs, academic pathways, and related initiatives. Ensures programs are scalable, responsive to partner needs, and aligned with university priorities and best practices.

Direct Student and Program Delivery

Provides oversight of student-facing services and support related to dual enrollment.

Communication and Engagement

Directs the development and execution of targeted, multi‑channel communication and engagement strategies for students, families, school personnel, and campus stakeholders.

Data Strategy, Assessment, and Improvement
