Associate Campus Director; Wexford Campus

JOB DESCRIPTION

North Way Christian Community is seeking a full-time (40 hours per week) Associate Campus Director for our Wexford Campus. This role serves as a key member of the Wexford pastoral leadership team and provides leadership in discipleship, pastoral care, leadership development, and campus ministry. The Associate Campus Pastor will lead the execution of North Way’s Discipleship Pathway, develop and equip Small Group leaders, help individuals take meaningful next steps in their faith, provide pastoral care with a particular focus on young families, and provide leadership across the campus in partnership with the Campus Pastor.

This position also serves as a developmental leadership role designed to prepare the individual for future Campus Pastor responsibilities within North Way’s multisite model. The role will also provide leadership to Young Adult Ministry at Wexford and regularly participate in teaching, weekend services, pastoral care, and campus events.

A fundamental qualification for all applicants is a growing relationship with God and a desire to impact the world with the love and message of Jesus Christ. The Minimum Qualifications for this position include:

• Licensed or ordained minister with pastoral experience in a local church setting

• Experience in discipleship, Small Groups, pastoral care, or ministry leadership strongly preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to recruit, shepherd, equip, and develop leaders.

• Strong relational and communication skills with a servant-leader disposition.

• Ability to provide pastoral care and handle sensitive situations with wisdom, discretion, and confidentiality.

• Demonstrated ability to lead ministry initiatives, execute vision, and manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Experience teaching, preaching, or leading worship services in a local church setting preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree in ministry related field.

• Minimum of five to six years of full-time ministry experience.

• Four+ years in a leadership role (ministry preferred).

• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows-based and/or Mac-based products.
