Primary Duties and Responsibilities- Assist with the management of all Belmont Today social media accounts
- Utilize the Social Media & Marketing Calendar and Hoot Suite to plan and schedule consistent social media and e-mail communication.
- Assist with initiating and implementing social media campaigns, contests, and other strategic initiatives in order to increase followers and engagement across platforms
- Contribute picture and video content for social media.
- Create graphics using Canva to promote upcoming programs and events
- Assist with compiling analytics for social media
- Represent Office of Student Engagement at events and provide general administrative support (answering phones and greeting office visitors) as needed
- Other duties to be discussed based on student interest and needs of Office of Student Engagement.
Work in a comfortable and safe environment. Work will take place in an office in the Beaman Student Life Center or remote. Part of the work will also take place capturing photos or videos at Belmont related events.
Required QualificationsMust be a current full-time student at Belmont.
Must have knowledge in various social media platforms.
Must have knowledge in videography, photography, and/or graphic design.
Required EducationMust be enrolled as a student at Belmont University.
