Beartown Road Alliance Church exists to help each other take our next steps toward Jesus
. We are a growing and vibrant church community with approximately 800–850 people attending weekend worship each week
. Our weekly Youth Group gatherings typically include 90–110 students in grades 6–12
, supported by a team of approximately 20–30 adult volunteers
. We accomplish our mission by emphasizing three key steps:

We are seeking a passionate and energetic Youth Pastor to lead and disciple our youth, equipping them to know Jesus and share their faith.

Affirmation of our statement of faith

Highly extroverted personality with dynamic up-front skills

Strong leadership and preaching/teaching abilities

Energetic and enthusiastic about engaging with students and volunteers

Recruit, train, and lead a team of adult volunteers to disciple middle and high school students

Develop and oversee weekly programs for middle and high school students

Plan and lead youth ministry events, conferences, mission trips, and retreats

Attend and support students at local school events (e.g., sports, musicians)

Manage the annual student ministries budget

Communicate effectively with parents of middle and high school students

Status: Full-Time

Schedule: Generally Sunday–Thursday, but great flexibility in order to be directly involved in students’ lives by attending games, events, etc.
