Transfer Admission Student Ambassador

Position Summary:

Transfer Center Admission Ambassador are  responsible for welcoming prospective students and families to ESU.Transfer Center Admission Ambassadors will work withthe office supporting the transfer centerstaffto prepare and set up Admission events, lead campus tours, and help prospective students navigate their college journey.

• Lead and guideprospectivetransfer and nontraditional students and families on campus toursandidentifyimportant campus locations.
• Address concerns and questions fromprospectivetransfer and nontraditional students and their families.
• Be available to support various admission and transfer events, which may include weekend programs and campus visit activities.
• Share personal ESU experiences with prospective students and families.
• Connect families with the Transfer Center staff.
• Prepare event materials, make event folders, andparticipatein event logistics.

• Be enrolled at ESU as a full-time student.
• Maintain a 2.50 cumulative and semester GPA .
• Be in good academic and judicial standing.
• Display high levels of professionalism when representing ESU.
• Work well in group settings and with individuals.
• Must be available forallofthe Admission Events.
• Open Houses:
  
  April 11thand April 25th.
• Weekend Visit:
  
  February 28th.
• Be a good public speaker.
• Be knowledgeable about ESU campus, events, and student experience.

• Hourly rate $12.00 to $15.00.
• Up to 20 hours per week (subject to change)

Must be at least 18 years old and have English literacy skills.
