Join Valencia College’s West Campus Career Development team and help students explore career, major, and transfer options, make informed decisions, and develop the skills needed to achieve their career goals. As a Career Advisor
, you’ll connect with students through individual and group advising, workshops, and presentations focused on career exploration and career readiness. We’re looking for a student-centered, collaborative professional who brings strong communication skills, curiosity, initiative, and a genuine interest in helping students succeed.
The ideal candidate will also have experience working with students in higher education, particularly in roles that involve direct support or guidance. A background in providing service-especially in educational or workforce positions-and solid research abilities are highly valued.
