** Position Overview
** The College of Nursing seeks lecturers to teach courses on healthcare innovation and entrepreneurship, design thinking, project management, policy, and healthcare finance. Faculty assignments may include leading seminars, maintaining records, providing reports; preparing and delivering didactic lecturers, evaluating student learning, updating teaching materials as necessary.

* ** RESPONSIBILITIES:
*** Teach online synchronous and asynchronous graduate courses in an area of expertise
* Develop syllabi, assignments, exams, and instructional materials
* Guide students using an active learning approach using collaborative problem-solving
* Maintain regular consultation hours to support students
* Advise students on capstone project aimed at redesigning a healthcare challenge
* Continually assess and update course materials focusing on healthcare innovation, entrepreneurship and cross-functional teamwork
* Attend faculty meetings during each academic term  
** Education and Experience Requirements
**** Requirements:
** Master's degree required; doctoral degree or current enrollment in doctoral program preferred;
Ohio RN license required for applicants who are nurses.  
** Desired:
