Starting Salary Range: $43,662– $47,610, commensurate with experience.

Summary
This position manages student accommodation requests and confidential records, coordinates communication among students, faculty, staff, and the University Student Accessibility Services Committee ( USASC ), and helps ensure compliance with institutional policies and applicable laws. The position collaborates with Testing Services to provide accommodated exam proctoring; supports academically at-risk students through assessments, individualized recommendations, targeted interventions, progress monitoring, and follow-up. Conduct workshops and training related to retention support services for key stakeholders, in addition to educating administrators, faculty, staff, and students about their responsibilities for providing accommodations, in compliance with the ADA , and collaboration with the Title IX staff.
The coordinator also analyzes student and accommodation data, prepares operational, accreditation, and annual reports, identifies trends and opportunities for improvement, and provides leadership for departmental retention, progression, and assessment initiatives.
