Differentiated Instruction Trainer; K-12

Thirty students, a dozen readiness levels, one teacher, zero extra minutes. Differentiation is where educators most need help that respects reality, and delivering that help is this role.

The Center for Teacher Effectiveness has trained more than 400,000 educators since 1993, across all 50 states and every type of PK-12 school. Our differentiated instruction program favors sustainable strategies over fantasy lesson plans, which is precisely why teachers rate it so highly, and why demand for it keeps us hiring trainers.

• Deliver our differentiated instruction training to schools and districts nationwide
• Present from complete, provided materials after full onboarding in our model
• Build your own training calendar as a 1099 contractor
• Keep your current teaching or leadership role if you want it

Commission structure, disclosed up front: training days pay a minimum of $1,000, exceed that often, and add up according to how frequently you train. No hourly wage applies.

• Genuine differentiation experience in mixed-ability classrooms, as a teacher, special educator, interventionist, coach, or administrator
• Formal education credentials: bachelor's degree or higher in education or a related field
• Engaging delivery with adult learners
