The Instructional Designer develops tailored ILT and CBT training materials by analyzing OEM content with SMEs, creating learning objectives, and producing structured design documents for NET programs.

Training Lead

• Develops the NET training plan, as well as supervises development of course training materials.

• Develops and assesses either formal or informal initial training required for the operator and provides ongoing training and support to educate individual users, as needed.

• Coordinates with the ATEC SO to provide an on‑site training location appropriate for technical instruction and supplies necessary to execute NET.
