As a Toddler Assistant Teacher, you will assist with the implementation of age-appropriate curriculum, prepare and organize learning materials, and supervise children during all activities, including meals and naptime, to ensure a safe, nurturing, and positive learning environment.
We are especially interested in candidates with Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) experience or experience supporting children with behavioral, developmental, or individualized learning needs. This experience will be highly valued as we work to provide responsive and individualized support for every child in our care.

If you have the following, we would love to speak with you:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- RBT certification or previous RBT/ABA experience strongly preferred
- Experience working with children with behavioral, developmental, or individualized support needs is highly preferred
- 4 years of experience working with children preferred
- Early childhood or Montessori experience is a plus
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to remain patient, calm, and responsive while supporting young children
- A nurturing attitude and sincere interest in the well-being and development of young learners
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, families, and other support professionals
