Post University seeks a Career Coach to join our team.

Post University is seeking a Career Coach to provide personalized career development support to our diverse student and alumni population, including working adults advancing or changing careers.
In this hands-on role, you'll deliver individual and group coaching, lead career workshops, collaborate with academic partners, and connect students with resources and opportunities that support their career goals.
Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 |
Schedule:
Monday-Friday (flexibility for evenings/weekends) in person at Post's main campus and downtown Waterbury location.
- Provide individual and group career coaching to students and alumni, both in person and virtually, covering career exploration, resumes, interviews, job searches, career transitions, and professional development.
- Develop career presentations, training, and resources for students, faculty, academic advisors, and other campus partners.
- Plan, deliver, and promote career workshops, classroom presentations, and events.
- Coordinate student-facing resources, including the Professional Headshot Booth and Swoop's Career Closet.
- Connect students with internship and experiential learning opportunities through program promotion and individualized guidance.
- Maintain accurate records of coaching appointments, career conversations, workshop attendance, and classroom presentations.
- 2+ years of experience in career coaching, academic advising, human resources or a related field.
- Experience coaching or advising students or adult learners
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to collaborate with faculty, academic advisors, and campus partners.
- Familiarity with digital career tools and platforms is preferred.
