Provide end-to-end guidance to students seeking online/ODL degree courses, verify qualification documents, and facilitate university enrollment.
Key Responsibilities- Reach out to inbound student leads interested in higher education degrees.
- Provide complete information about course syllabus, fee payment installment modes, and exam patterns.
- Verify student documents (10th/12th/Graduation marksheets) for eligibility clearance.
- Follow up with prospective students systematically until enrollment confirmation.
- Maintain candidate records in response sheets and submit daily work logs.
- 0 to 2 years of experience in academic counseling, student advising, or tele-counseling.
- Fresh graduates with clear voice modulation, patience, and student-centric empathy are welcome.
- Good understanding of basic degree courses (BA,
B.Com, BBA, BCA, MA, MBA, MCA). - Punctual, disciplined, and customer-focused attitude.
