Guidepost Montessori is seeking a warm, dependable Substitute Teacher to support our mixed-age classrooms when full-time teachers are unavailable. Training is provided during orientation, with no prior Montessori experience required.
This on-call, as-needed position offers flexible hours and a path to full-time Assistant Teacher roles. You’ll help sustain calm, engaging learning environments for children ages 0–6 and collaborate with staff to ensure continuity of care.
