**** These positions are Co-op Students in the Maintenance department at the Comanche Peak Nuclear Power Plant in Glen Rose, Texas.

* Minimum Qualifications:

* ** Enrolled in a two-year degree program (Instrument and Control, Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical); at least two semesters completed satisfactorily**
* ** Self-starter with a driven attitude.**
* ** Good technical writing skills.**
* ** Good interpersonal skills.**
* ** Basic PC skills.**
* ** Professional work ethic.**
* ** Strong desire to learn and ability to acquire new skills.**
* ** Able to apply knowledge to new situations.**
* ** Has confidence in their ability to make the right decisions, or if unsure asking for directions before proceeding.**
* ** Ability to adapt and excel in a strict compliance based environment.

Working Conditions:

* ** Occasional Long/Irregular Hours.**
* ** Work around energized (mostly low voltage) and in-service plant equipment.**
* ** Occasional lifting/carrying up to 25 lbs; occasional climbing with body harness.**
