Mustang Cat, the authorized Caterpillar® dealer for Southeast Texas, is hiring a Machinery Field Service Dispatcher to coordinate customer service requests for heavy and light Caterpillar construction equipment across the Houston area. This role ensures timely scheduling, communication, and follow-up so our customers experience world-class service and uptime on their machines.

- Coordinate repairs in the field by scheduling technicians and ensuring timely response
- Communicate with customers and sales reps regarding repair status
- Open, edit, review, and invoice work orders
- Coordinate parts orders and component repairs to support field service jobs
- Monitor field service expenses, technician overtime, and job progress
- Address customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution
- Support the service team with accurate documentation and updates
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of dispatching experience in a service-related industry
- Professional communication skills (verbal, written, phone, email)
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to perform under pressure
- Mechanical aptitude with an understanding of construction equipment
