Location: Northern
PRISMECS is seeking experienced Shift Operators to support safe, reliable operation of a diesel power generation facility in the Odessa/Midland, Texas area.
You will monitor diesel generators, medium‑voltage electrical equipment, transformers, and auxiliaries, and assist with startup/shutdown, alarms, and load transfer as needed. The role requires prior diesel engine power plant experience and the ability to work rotating 12‑hour shifts on-site.
