Pearce Services is hiring for a Solar O&M BESS Technician to perform operations and maintenance across commercial and industrial solar projects in the Mojave, CA area. Local candidates within 50 miles of Mojave are preferred.
The role requires 1-4+ years in electrical work and renewable energy, a strong safety mindset, and ability to coordinate with vendors and customers. OSHA NFPA
70E certifications are preferred, with full safety compliance a must.
