Position Specific Description- Position is based in Broward County, Florida, with primary responsibility for supporting Broward, Collier, and Lee Counties, while also contributing to statewide programs and initiatives.
- Must possess a strong understanding of the Broward County community, including key stakeholders, nonprofit organizations, civic leaders, business organizations, and community influencers.
- Must be available to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business and community needs require.
- Must be able to lift and move materials weighing 50 pounds or more and assist with event setup and breakdown activities.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time during events, community engagements, volunteer activities, and sponsorship activations.
- Required to travel frequently throughout the assigned service territory and other FPL regions, as well as to the corporate office, as needed.
- Must participate in emergency operations and storm restoration activities, including working extended and non-traditional hours when required.
- Position will report out of the Plantation Office.
- This is an in-office position; remote work is not available.
