This internship position supports the Financial Operations Team with continuous improvement projects, administrative tasks, and digitalization of processes and tasks

Use Power BI, Excel Power Query, PowerPoint (with Think Cell), One Note and other tools to create efficiencies in reporting

Generate ideas for CI in other processes using new technology

Responsible developer for Digitalization project/s.:
Work on special project to transform manual routine tasks into automated solutions using RPA, Power BI, Excel Power Query, etc.

Perform Monthly QTC tire payment process

Create, edit, and refine work instructions and process documentation

Support Project Management for new financial system implementation

Support team in preparation and organization of meetings and events (requires mass email communication)

Perform administrative tasks including calendar management, ad-hoc reporting, compiling information/data, email communication, and other tasks

Complete and support any other projects or tasks as assigned

Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Controlling, MIS, Computer Science or in a related area, and/or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience with Microsoft Office products required, Imphasis on Excel, VBA preferred.

High attention to detail, especially with communication and presentations

Ability to work under pressure and complete a plethora of tasks in a timely manner

Skilled in using technology and digital platforms

Fast learner with ability to think outside the box

Willingness to work on administrative as well as strategic tasks

Preferred:
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Power Bi and Power Query

Currently enrolled in University or in a gap year between Bachelor'sand Master’s degree

Studies outside of the U.S.A
