The Electrical Program Coordinator at JLL is responsible for coordinating and supporting electrical programs on the account. This role requires strong organizational skills, technical knowledge of electrical systems, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders. The Electrical Program Coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations of electrical infrastructure and supporting the implementation of electrical maintenance and safety programs.
Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and support electrical programs on the account, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their electrical program needs, goals, and objectives.
* Assist in developing and implementing electrical maintenance and safety programs, adhering to industry standards and regulations.
* Coordinate with vendors and contractors for electrical maintenance, repairs, and project execution.
* Track and maintain electrical documentation, including electrical drawings, manuals, and maintenance schedules.
* Assist in the scheduling and coordination of preventive maintenance activities to ensure effective and efficient operations.
* Support the implementation of safety protocols and inspections for electrical systems, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
* Assist in troubleshooting electrical issues and coordinating with internal and external resources to resolve them.
* Foster positive working relationships with internal teams, external vendors, and client stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
* Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in electrical systems and maintenance.
* Verify accuracy and integrity of electrical-related data and documentation, ensuring appropriate controls and reporting mechanisms are in place.
* Provide support to the electrical team and stakeholders, serving as a resource and assisting in project coordination as needed.
Qualifications:
* Relevant certifications or experience in electrical systems are preferred.
* Proven experience in coordinating electrical programs or a similar role within facilities management or electrical systems.
* Technical knowledge of electrical systems, including electrical infrastructure, equipment, and controls.
* Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
* Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex electrical issues.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
* Expereience with Google Suite or Microsoft Suite
* Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge of real estate or property management industry is a plus.
