• Define the scope of the projects and prepare project request and project charter.
• Coordinate with manufacturing and Industrial Engineering for readiness of tools, equipment, processes in line with project timelines.
• Prepare project timelines in line with customer timelines and execute them.
• Adhere to PEP KPI targets in relation to timelines, cost and project management manhours booking etc.
• Risk analysis and monitoring. Timely escalation of matters related to delays, failures, or additional support required.
• Work on VAVE/Localization of VLS-Projects.
• Participate in field visits with VLS teams to address VLS‑warranty complaints if any.
• Participate in required customer/supplier meetings and vehicle fitment trials.
• Participate in failure analysis/RPA activity and support with necessary inputs to resolve.
• Ensure data confidentiality and data security.
• Support cost‑saving projects, analyze technical proposals and change product if necessary.
• Record lessons learned and discuss with relevant teams & apply wherever possible.

• Graduate in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering / MBA Project Management.
• 6 to 9 years of experience.
