Key Responsibilities- Audit Strategy & Delivery
- Risk Assessment
- Build and maintain supplier risk registers. - Material, Process & Packaging commodity validation
- Preferably commodities like Cloth, Liners, Paper, Fiber - Compliance & Governance to specific norms (ISO 9001, ISO 13485, IATF etc.,)
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/ Production/ Packaging/ Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
- supplier auditing, supplier quality, supplier assessment within packaging commodity (Cloth, Liners, Paper, Fiber)
- Demonstrated experience in auditing suppliers leading to measurable outcomes.
Competencies:
- Supplier Operational Assessments – Perform Onsite assessments for Quality, Supply Chain & Capacity
- Apply value stream mapping, create material, and process flows, Document pain points and gaps.
- Sound knowledge of risk modeling (FMEA/ SRM), SPC, Pareto/ 5-Why/8D, dashboarding, trend analysis.
