- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Construction Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical fields.
- 8 years of experience in program or project management.
- 8 years of experience with data center equipment/environments, including electrical switch gear, generators, chillers, cooling towers, air handling units, controls, security monitoring systems and fire safety systems, with start up/commissioning processes.
- 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Experience managing vendor relationships and standard practices in the design and construction industry, including design build processes and associated documents and agreements.
- 8 years of experience managing cross‑functional or cross‑team projects.
- Experience in requirements gathering, resource organization, task prioritization, and scheduling and achieving objectives within set goals.
- Knowledge of safety management best practices.
- Knowledge of large‑scale facility electrical and mechanical systems.

As Google expands its global infrastructure, we are searching for a driven and detail‑oriented Campus Lead to join our Data Center Construction team on the delivery of a campus in Ohio.
As a Campus Lead, you have demonstrated experience with data center design, development, construction and commissioning projects. You will provide management of large‑scale data centers, computer farms, networking, AC and DC power distribution/conversion, and cooling methods at multiple scales. You will be tasked with coordinating the desires and needs of multiple partner teams, while managing changes and maintaining a focus on keeping the project on schedule and budget.
You will have experience managing large‑scale technical projects in a changing industry, ability to grow in ambiguity and demonstrated problem‑solving leadership with limited oversight. You should be able to conceptualize and describe the delivery of a data center facility from start to commissioning and understand the nuances and risks that you and your team will need to manage.

The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $174,000-$258,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
