Basic FunctionsThe primary function of the Commissioning Process / Process System Specialist is to ensure that all pre-commissioning and commissioning activities for Process / Process System disciplines are prepared and executed according to OPERCOM® methodology in a safe manner and according to the planned schedule.
Main AccountabilitiesThe main accountabilities include ensuring that Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) is given the highest priority, coordinating, reviewing, and approving the quality and completeness of deliverables and procedures, assisting Commissioning Unit leaders in witnessing and monitoring pre-commissioning and commissioning activities, reviewing pre-commissioning dossiers, establishing commissioning/start-up priorities, and monitoring all Process / Process System commissioning activities.
ProfileQualifications: The qualifications for this position include an engineer level or above education, expertise in engineering and configuration development in DCS, ESD, F&G, and PLC, high knowledge of PCS and instrumentation activities within Oil and Gas units, a minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar position, knowledge of EPCC contract management, and fluency in English with Arabic being a plus.
