** Job description*
* Dedicated project on improvement of Non-Quality Management dispositioning with our Design office, and recurring issues in manufacturing including scrap.

This will include production floor activities, working with Quality Line Tech, Machining, Engineering and Quality Engineers.

* - Vocal communication, hearing, and visual acuity are required for safety, direction, and the exchange of ideas in the industrial environment

- Perform duties requiring kneeling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 20 pounds periodically

- Subjected to inside environmental conditions, noise, vibration, oils and other related industrial hazards

- Bachelor's Degree required

- Engineering or related technical discipline preferred

- Experience in manufacturing quality, manufacturing engineering, data analysis, or a related field is preferred

** Candidate skills & requirements*
* -Data Analysis and Problem Solving.

-Collecting and displaying relevant data to the workshop in a useable format to support Quality improvement needs. Leading a ritual meeting with cross-functional participation to communicate status and potential actions.

-Assist QLT's (Quality Line Technicians) on difficult or non-standard issues. Can accurately understand the technical standards and know the appropriate interfaces (Design Office) to disposition non-conformities.

-Ensure effective containment of the WIP and stock whenever confirmed or suspected non-conformities are identified before delivery.
