Position: Mechanical Engineer - Field / Reliability
Location: Springfield

Kickstart your career as a Mechanical Engineer - Field / Reliability (Hybrid), supporting industrial customers to improve equipment performance and reduce downtime. As a Mechanical Engineer, you'll support equipment reliability initiatives with a strong focus on lubrication best practices, maintenance optimization, and industrial performance. You'll work hands-on with customer teams, gain exposure to real-world industrial operations, and develop practical solutions that make a measurable impact.

What You'll Do

* Support equipment reliability and maintenance initiatives

* Perform hands-on work (lubrication, oil sampling, inspections)

* Assist with audits and identify improvement opportunities

* Analyze data and help track performance metrics (MT , etc.)

* Work with experienced engineers and learn industry best practices

* Provide support and training to customer teams

What We're Looking For

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, etc.)

* 0-2 years of experience (internships/co-ops welcome)

* Interest in hands-on, field-based work

* Strong problem-solving and communication skills

* Willingness to travel and work on-site 2-4 days/week (hybrid)

Nice to Have

* Exposure to maintenance, reliability, or manufacturing

* Familiarity with tools like SAP or CMMS systems
