** Overview:*
* We are seeking a Project Engineering Manager to lead capital projects, process improvements, and manufacturing initiatives within a fast-paced production environment. This role will oversee projects from planning through installation while driving efficiency, cost savings, and operational improvements.

* Key Responsibilities:
*
* - Lead engineering and capital projects from concept through completion
- Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, and cost estimates
- Coordinate with plant teams, vendors, and contractors during implementation
- Support equipment installations, process improvements, and facility upgrades
- Review engineering drawings, layouts, and technical documentation
- Track project progress, budgets, and timelines
- Ensure projects meet safety, quality, and operational standards
- Provide leadership and support to engineering team members

* Qualifications:
*
* - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field preferred
- 5+ years of engineering/project management experience in manufacturing
- 2+ years of leadership experience preferred
- Experience with capital projects, budgeting, and contractor coordination
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel up to 50%
** Preferred:*
* - Experience managing large-scale capital projects
- Background in manufacturing, food production, or regulated industries
- Knowledge of process improvement and engineering economics
- Strong leadership and team collaboration skills
