As a QHSE Expert (m/w/d) you will take on a central role in the development of our safety, health, environmental, and quality standards. In your role, you will be primarily responsible for implementing legal requirements and for the continuous improvement of our processes.

Your tasks at a glance:

• Function as a specialist for occupational safety according to §6 ASiG
• Advising managers on all questions related to labor, environmental, and health protection
• Conducting safety technical inspections of facilities, processes, and work tools
• Coordinating and developing integrated management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, 45001, 14001, 50001)
• Planning and conducting audits, safety tours, and risk assessments
• Analyzing accidents and deriving preventive measures
• Organizing training and instruction in the areas of occupational safety and environmental protection
• Creating reports, key figures, and management system documentation
• Collaborating with internal departments and external stakeholders (e.g., authorities, occupational health and safety associations)
• Participating in cross-departmental projects within the Beckers Group

What you should ideally bring with you:

• Completed studies (e.g., chemistry, safety engineering, quality management)
• Qualification as a specialist for occupational safety and as an auditor ISO 9001 / 45001
• Several years of experience in occupational safety, environmental protection, and management systems
• Good knowledge of relevant regulations (e.g., hazardous substances, explosion protection, environmental and occupational health and safety)
• Very good German and good English skills
• Structured, independent working style as well as team and communication skills
