• Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments
• Brownfield investigations and redevelopment projects
• Underground storage tank investigations and closures
• Soil, groundwater, sediment, soil gas, and indoor air sampling
• Site remediation and regulatory compliance
• Industrial hygiene assessments, including asbestos, lead, mold, indoor air quality, and hazardous building materials

As an Environmental Project Manager, you’ll oversee projects from proposal through completion while serving as a key point of contact for clients.

• Managing environmental investigation and remediation projects
• Performing and overseeing Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments
• Planning and conducting environmental field investigations
• Interpreting analytical data and developing practical, science-based recommendations
• Preparing technical reports, proposals, cost estimates, and regulatory submittals
• Coordinating and overseeing drilling contractors, laboratories, subcontractors, and field staff
• Managing project schedules, budgets, and client expectations
• Communicating with clients and regulatory agencies
  
  Assisting with business development and proposal preparation
• Mentoring junior staff and supporting their professional development
• Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Environmental Science, Engineering, Earth Science, or a related field
• at least three years of environmental consulting experience as a project manager
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Willingness to travel throughout Indiana and the surrounding states, infrequently, but you will be expected to travel as needed.
• Ability to perform field work in all types of weather conditions, and the ability to lift 40 pounds
• OSHA 40-Hour HAZWOPER certification
