Our projects include:- Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments
- Brownfield investigations and redevelopment projects
- Underground storage tank investigations and closures
- Soil, groundwater, sediment, soil gas, and indoor air sampling
- Site remediation and regulatory compliance
- Industrial hygiene assessments, including asbestos, lead, mold, indoor air quality, and hazardous building materials
As an Environmental Project Manager, you’ll oversee projects from proposal through completion while serving as a key point of contact for clients.
Responsibilities include:- Managing environmental investigation and remediation projects
- Performing and overseeing Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments
- Planning and conducting environmental field investigations
- Interpreting analytical data and developing practical, science-based recommendations
- Preparing technical reports, proposals, cost estimates, and regulatory submittals
- Coordinating and overseeing drilling contractors, laboratories, subcontractors, and field staff
- Managing project schedules, budgets, and client expectations
- Communicating with clients and regulatory agencies
Assisting with business development and proposal preparation - Mentoring junior staff and supporting their professional development
- Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Environmental Science, Engineering, Earth Science, or a related field
- at least three years of environmental consulting experience as a project manager
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Willingness to travel throughout Indiana and the surrounding states, infrequently, but you will be expected to travel as needed.
- Ability to perform field work in all types of weather conditions, and the ability to lift 40 pounds
- OSHA 40-Hour HAZWOPER certification
