Responsibilities- Plan and supervise equipment installation activities.
- Develop the detailed commissioning schedule and planning.
- Coordinate engineering schedules with construction and operations.
- Identify technical risks and propose mitigation plans.
- Define the resources required for the start-up phase.
- Deliver final documentation including as-built drawings, manuals and quality dossier.
- Coordinate start-up and testing activities with the client's representatives.
- Manage interfaces with technology suppliers and subcontractors.
- Ensure proper communication between teams to facilitate the handover of plant operations to the client.
- Participate in technical and progress meetings during the commissioning process.
- Resolve engineering-related issues.
- Supervise testing of mechanical, electrical and control systems.
- Validate operational parameters and plant adjustments.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
- Supervise the assigned engineering team.
- Train client personnel on commissioning procedures.
- Prepare and present all technical documentation related to the commissioning process.
- Review testing protocols and results.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Prepare final commissioning reports.
- Civil, Mechanical, Industrial Engineer or similar.
- Specialization in water treatment plants.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in EPC projects and commissioning of water treatment plants (WTP).
- Knowledge of process implementation in plant control systems (SCADA).
- Ability to adapt to changes during the commissioning process and make appropriate decisions.
- Strong leadership of the commissioning team.
- Ability to work efficiently in critical situations.
- Efficient organization of tasks and resources.
- Availability to travel.
