POSITION

SUMMARY

Since Axiom Space is a very complex work environment, we are looking for a resilient, high-energy System Architect/Engineers. A System Architect/Engineer is responsible for defining and maintaining the overall technical architecture of Axiom Station, ensuring that requirements, interfaces, performance, and design decisions remain aligned from concept through implementation. This role translates mission, customer, and stakeholder needs into structured system requirements, functional architectures, and integrated technical solutions across hardware, software, and operations.

The position works closely with cross-functional teams to manage trade studies, technical risks, interfaces, and system-level decision making throughout the development lifecycle. The ideal candidate combines strong systems engineering fundamentals with the ability to think strategically, communicate early, and connect high-level objectives to detailed design execution. Experience with complex multidisciplinary systems, architecture development, and technical leadership in fast-paced environments is highly desirable.
