In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Lead a small, well-scoped engineering project or a sub-workstream within a larger program
- Coordinate across disciplines:
Mechanical, Electrical, & Firmware - Support project execution activities
, including:- Planning and task breakdown
- Schedule tracking and status reporting
- Risk identification and mitigation
- Drive team alignment and communication
- Facilitate stand-ups or small team reviews
- Track action items and follow-ups
- Contribute to engineering deliverables in your area of expertise
- Apply structured processes (e.g., requirements, traceability, quality practices)
- Present project updates and outcomes to leadership
- Enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in Engineering, Computer Science, or other technical field
- Demonstrated ability to:
- Solve technical problems
- Communicate clearly (written and verbal)
- Work in a team environment
- Strong academic performance in engineering fundamentals
