Arc Boats Co. is hiring for a hands-on Marine Mechanical Engineer to design propulsion and drivetrain systems for vessels, working closely with naval architects on hull integration and structural/thermal sizing.
You'll own tests from bench to water, release technical drawings and BOMs, and drive DFx with manufacturing. Travel up to 15% and collaboration with electrical/controls teams are expected.
