Job Description

We are seeking highly skilled Electrical Engineers at both mid and senior levels to join our expanding team. Ideal candidates will have a strong foundation in electrical engineering principles, demonstrated experience in project execution, and a passion for innovation and teamwork. Senior candidates will be expected to lead projects and mentor mid-level and junior engineers.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and test electrical systems and components across a range of advanced tech projects
  • Collaborate with mechanical, software, and project teams to integrate electrical designs into larger systems
  • Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost estimations
  • Analyze and optimize electrical circuits and systems using simulation and modeling tools
  • Generate clear, detailed documentation—schematics, specs, reports—for internal teams
  • Lead or contribute to technical reviews and project planning
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and industry standards
  • Support prototyping, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure performance and reliability
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in electrical design, analysis, and system development from prototype to production
  • Proficiency with schematic entry tools (e.g., Altium Designer, Cadence)
  • Proficiency with PCB layout viewer and gerber viewer tools
  • Understanding of the PCBA manufacturing process
  • Understanding of DFx principles and practices
  • Strong knowledge of circuit theory, power systems, and electromechanical design
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both technical and non-technical
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with software (C, C++, Assembly) and scripting languages (Python, Perl)
  • Experience with circuit simulation software
  • Familiarity with hardware description languages (HDL) such as Verilog or VHDL
  • Proficiency in PCB layout creation tools (e.g., Altium Designer, Cadence)
  • Experience with regulatory compliance standards and testing
  • Experience in managing project schedules and budgets
