Job Description
We are seeking highly skilled Electrical Engineers at both mid and senior levels to join our expanding team. Ideal candidates will have a strong foundation in electrical engineering principles, demonstrated experience in project execution, and a passion for innovation and teamwork. Senior candidates will be expected to lead projects and mentor mid-level and junior engineers.
Responsibilities- Design, develop, and test electrical systems and components across a range of advanced tech projects
- Collaborate with mechanical, software, and project teams to integrate electrical designs into larger systems
- Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost estimations
- Analyze and optimize electrical circuits and systems using simulation and modeling tools
- Generate clear, detailed documentation—schematics, specs, reports—for internal teams
- Lead or contribute to technical reviews and project planning
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and industry standards
- Support prototyping, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure performance and reliability
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in electrical design, analysis, and system development from prototype to production
- Proficiency with schematic entry tools (e.g., Altium Designer, Cadence)
- Proficiency with PCB layout viewer and gerber viewer tools
- Understanding of the PCBA manufacturing process
- Understanding of DFx principles and practices
- Strong knowledge of circuit theory, power systems, and electromechanical design
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both technical and non-technical
- Experience with software (C, C++, Assembly) and scripting languages (Python, Perl)
- Experience with circuit simulation software
- Familiarity with hardware description languages (HDL) such as Verilog or VHDL
- Proficiency in PCB layout creation tools (e.g., Altium Designer, Cadence)
- Experience with regulatory compliance standards and testing
- Experience in managing project schedules and budgets
