We are seeking a skilled and experienced
Air Quality Engineer or Scientist to join our expanding Air Quality Permitting and Compliance Team in Houston, Texas.
This full-time position offers a dynamic range of responsibilities, requiring adaptability and a broad skill set. It presents an exciting opportunity to contribute technical expertise to complex air quality permitting projects across industries such as oil & gas, mining, chemical, energy, and other industrial sectors across the United States.

** Technical Experience
Required:
*** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Atmospheric Science, Chemistry, or a closely related scientific field
* Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in air quality consulting or related disciplines
* Strong understanding of State and Federal air quality regulations, including Title V, PSD, GHG and Emissions Inventory Reporting, NSPS, and NESHAP
* Proven experience supporting clients in maintaining compliance with applicable air quality programs and regulatory requirements
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced consulting environment, managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and delivering high-quality work
* Excellent analytical, organizational, and multitasking abilities
* Demonstrated experience solving environmental challenges, calculating air emissions, and interpreting complex regulations
* Strong technical writing skills, with a track record of producing comprehensive technical reports
* Experience engaging with State and Federal regulatory agencies
* Effective time management across multiple project tasks
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Possess a valid driver’s license
* Willingness to travel by air and car, including occasional overnight trips
