This position is with our Adhesive Technologies business unit – where we empower our people to transform industries and provide our customers with a competitive advantage through adhesives, sealants and functional coatings.

- Own manufacturing processes for thermal interface material product lines, supporting production from raw material processing through customer delivery.
- Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective actions to improve product quality and process performance.
- Support new product launches by conducting process capability studies, developing operating conditions, and creating standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Manage process and equipment improvement projects, including Management of Change (MOC) activities and validation of new manufacturing methods.
- Train production operators on equipment operation, testing methods, and standard work practices.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, efficiency, waste reduction, and Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering field.
- 0-3 years of experience in manufacturing, process engineering, or a related environment. Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, process optimization, and problem-solving methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis skills.
- Strong project management, communication, and teamwork abilities with the drive to learn and grow in a manufacturing environment.
