Join our 10-week program in the Engineering and Continuous Improvement organization for the Summer of 2026! This internship will focus on manufacturing improvement through project management and continuous improvement. This role will support the delivery of business KPI’s through collaboration, communication, and technical capabilities. Responsible for positively impacting Bob Evan’s business and consumers by completing challenging and meaningful projects. Demonstrate our core values:

• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental policies.
• Uphold quality and food safety policies.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing and improving existing processes through the use of LEAN, TPM and Six Sigma methodologies. Minimize waste using lean manufacturing techniques like value stream mapping, process balancing, and waste reduction.
• Develop, manage and execute capital projects.
• Optimize engineering, mechanical, and electrical design standards and processes.

Engineering experience

• Gain exposure working with cross functional teams within Bob Evan’s Manufacturing Operations to understand industry regulations, best practices, and documentation.
• Hands-on experience with real-world engineering projects.

• Lead or contribute to a cross-functional intern project that delivers real business impact and showcases your learning.

• Learn Engineering principles and Project Management best practices.
• Collaboration with Safety/Quality/Operations/Maintenance/Continuous Improvement teams.
• Participate in team meetings, mentorship sessions, and intern events.

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in an Engineering related principal.

• Ability to work collaboratively and cohesively with company peers and Post Holdings partners.
• Strong interpersonal skills - Listening and informing others effectively; excellent negotiating and influencing skills at all levels both internal and external.
• Ability to anticipate work needs and follow through with minimal direction. Must be a self-motivated self-starter.
• Must possess the ability to always maintain external and internal confidentiality.
