Senior Project Engineer - Wastewater

Join a growing Water & Wastewater team where you'll lead project and program task activities for complex municipal infrastructure projects and influence the future of infrastructure across Pennsylvania and the Mid-Atlantic. With direct client engagement and access to senior leadership in an approximately 1,100-person firm, you'll make a visible impact from day one.

This role is ideal for licensed Civil, Environmental, Water Resources, and Wastewater Engineers ready to expand their technical leadership responsibilities.

• Direct solutions for water distribution, wastewater collection and conveyance, pump stations, storage facilities, treatment systems, and rehabilitation programs.
• Prepare and oversee calculations, reports, specifications, construction documents, bid packages, alternatives analyses, and cost estimates.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams from concept through construction.

• Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, contractual requirements, and financial performance.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to municipal and utility clients through meetings, site visits, and stakeholder engagement.
• Support proposals, Capital Improvement Program development, and client growth strategies.

• Mentor junior engineers and technical staff while promoting collaboration, accountability, and technical excellence.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license and a valid driver's license.
• Experience with water and sewer system design or rehabilitation, utility permitting and regulatory coordination, construction administration or field support, and preparation of plans, specifications, and bid documents.

• Prior oversight of project delivery and engineering teams.
• Proposal development and client relationship management.

Local travel within Western Pennsylvania, generally 10% to 15%, with occasional Mid-Atlantic travel for project meetings and site visits.
