* Job Summary:
** This position needs to coordinate all departments to achieve the KPI of the factory, including cost, capacity and energy efficiency.
** Duties/Responsibilities:
*** Use AutoCAD to make workshop layout
* Calculate cycle time hours and standard production capacity
* Cost analysis
* On-site improvement
* Train operators and line leaders about IE
** Qualifications and
Experience:
*** Major in industrial engineering, excellent ability of AutoCAD
* More than 2 years working experience with manufacturing IE.
* Be familiar with the manufacturing technique and manufacturing process of photovoltaic, electronic and other industries, master the relevant experience of layout planning, reduce cost and increase efficiency.
* Have excellent communication skills, outstanding analytical ability and adaptability; strong sense of responsibility and professional dedication, able to deal with work pressure.#CSPower Systems Canadian Solar is a leading manufacturer of solar panels, inverters, and energy storage solutions since 2001.
