We are looking for a motivated, detail‑oriented technician to join our Product Development team. You will work side‑by‑side with elite Engineers and Project Managers to characterize, debug, and perfect the next generation of RF hardware.

In this role, you will:

• Master the Bench: Utilize a full suite of high‑end electronic equipment—including spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, signal generators, and power meters—to test and characterize complex circuits.
• Solve Complex Puzzles: Dive deep into electronic assemblies to debug, troubleshoot, and repair systems down to the component level.
• Bridge Design and Reality: Interpret technical design documents and maintain meticulous records to ensure our products meet rigorous DoD and Space‑grade standards.
• Drive Efficiency: Work within a fast‑paced team to deliver high‑quality tasks on schedule, contributing directly to the success of mission‑critical programs.
• Continuous Improvement: Learn the NuWaves Quality Management System and contribute your own ideas to make our processes faster, leaner, and better.

• The Technician’s Mindset: 1 to 6 years of experience in RF, the defense industry, or a military communications background.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with digital voltmeters, oscilloscopes, and RF test equipment.

  Skills:
  
  Strong soldering skills are a major plus (we will help you reach J-STD-001 proficiency within your first 3 months).
• Mission Focus: A  get it done  attitude with a commitment to quality and efficiency.
• Adaptability: The ability to sit or stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. as needed in a dynamic lab environment.
